Cacao Nibs

Raw cacao criollo nibs are small chunks of fermented cocoa beans which were previously carefully selected, cleaned and dehydrated at a moderate temperature. The beans are then shelled, removing its husks, and ground up and filtered into crunchy delicious nibs.
